Community Power was formed by group of residents concerned about the proposed gas fired power station to be located in Frogs Hollow.

Sponsored by the Environment Network in Bega the group aims to:

• highlight the shortcomings and negative impacts of the proposed power station, and
• provide alternatives to meeting the region's present and future energy requirements.
